Make a change at muos.app and it queues as a command server-side. MusicianOS drains that queue automatically — on launch, when you foreground the app, and on a Songbook pull-to-refresh.
Settings → iCloud & sync shows exactly where things stand: “Checks when the app opens,” “Up to date,” or “3 waiting” — so you always know whether a web edit has landed on this device yet.
Start a real, gig-tied set (not a sound check) and a chrome pill opens a live fan-request queue. Announce your 4-digit show PIN from the stage — fans request songs against it, no app or account needed on their end.
Pending requests line up for you to triage between songs. Approving inserts the request next in the live set — your saved setlist is never touched, so tomorrow's gig starts exactly where you left it.
Your master show PIN lives on your profile and never auto-rotates, so “join our show” handouts, table cards, and merch stickers stay valid at every gig. Set it in Settings → Perform Mode → Live show; it auto-fills every new gig.
Each gig can inherit your master PIN (the default), run with no PIN at all, or use a custom 4-digit PIN for just that show. Your band can also keep a persistent Follow-Along PIN, so bandmates stop retyping a fresh code every night.
